Property Manager

Term:

2 years (Automatic yearly contract extension 4 months before the end of the contract)

Technology Fee:

1.800 AUD Technology one time Fee and
290 AUD per month (1.-3. months payable Up Front, from the 4th month onwards on the 1st of the month).

Additional the technology fee is either 290 AUD per month, or 250 AUD per month if paid annually up front at once.

Admin Fee:

750 USD max. per year (150 USD if 20-39 property units under management; 300 USD if 40-59 property units under management; 450 USD if 60-79 property units under management; 600 USD if 80-99 property units under management and 750 USD if 100 or more units under management)

Royalty Fee:

8% from Revenue

Commission billing is carried out by the company headquarters by the 10th of the following month

If you suggest a new Real Estate Agent, you will receive 5% from his/ her commission for the first 3 Deals.

If you are moving to another Region (Same Country or abroad), you can Work there as an Property Valuation Expert as well without changes to us. Just let us know and we are preparing what needed.

If you would like to work part time from the beginning or later, it does not matter why, you can do it.

If you need a Break (Family situations, sabbatical, travelling, ect.), please let us know. With the 4 month the monthly Technology Fee reduces to 90 AUD and with the 10 month to 10 AUD and you keep connected.
